ICM recently performed a Remote Cam^TM inspection on an apartment building in Toronto. The chimney we inspected was approximately 260’ tall with a liner diameter of only 22”. This liner was far too small to be inspected physically. However, using our proprietary remote camera technology we were able to inspect the full length of the liner and confirm that it is in good condition.

Our external inspection identified several defects at the top of the chimney above the roof of the building. Subsequent to the inspection we repaired these defects. The top 10’ of the chimney was dismantled and we removed and replaced the steel cladding around the remainder of the chimney above the building roof.
